- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 lb. uncooked lasagne noodles
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

3Mix Ricotta and cottage cheese with parsley and garlic.

4Pour 1 cup of sauce into bottom of pan.

5Arrange 1/3 of noodles in pan, touching, but not overlapping.

6Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over noodles; top with 1/2 of Mozzarella.

7Repeat layers, starting again with sauce.

8Top final layer should be noodles.

9Cover with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese.

10Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.
