Quick Lemon Pepper Chicken

- 5 to 6 pieces boneless thin chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil or other
- salt and pepper
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- white rice (instant or boil in bag)
Directions

1Pour oil to cover bottom of a large skillet and cook both sides of chicken over medium heat.

2Salt and pepper both sides. Cook approximately 5 minutes, until brown.

3At the same time, boil rice according to directions.

4Remove chicken from pan and drain grease.
