Quick Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Hormel chili with beans
  • 1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • jalapeno peppers, chopped (as desired)
  • bag tortilla chips (or a spoon)

Directions

    Spread cream cheese on bottom of glass baking dish.

    Add can of chili and peppers to taste.

    Spread 1/2 of Cheddar cheese. Blend slightly.

    Empty rest of Cheddar cheese on top.

    Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Be sure top layer of cheese is melted. Dig in.
