  • 12 ounces oysters fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups oyster liqueur and water
  • 1 each soup, cream of leek, mix 1 3/4 oz package
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves fresh, chopped

Directions

    Thaw frozen oysters.

    Drain oysters, reserving liquor.

    Add oyster liquor and water to soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Reduce heat, stirring occasionally.

    Add oysters and heat 3 to 5 minutes longer or until edges of oysters begin to curl.

    Sprinkle with parsley.
