- 1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp
- 2 pkg. frozen peas
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. diced sharp cheese
- 2 tsp. Watkins soup and vegetable seasoning
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Cook and drain peas according to directions.

2Mix soup and milk; add cheese, onion and seasoning.

3Blend well.

4Add the peas and shrimp.

5Pour half the mixture into a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle half of the potato chips on the sauce.

6Cover with the rest of the shrimp mixture.

7Crumble remaining potato chips on top.

8Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour, until bubbly and brown.

9Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
