  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can Van Camps Spanish rice
  • 5 medium green peppers
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper

Directions

    Cut top off green peppers; clean out insides.

    Combine remaining ingredients and fill peppers with mixture.

    Put into casserole and cover.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until peppers are tender.
