  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
