- 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cups Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce, To Serve
Directions

1Spray a mini muffin pan or cake pop maker with low fat cooking spray.

2Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) or 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) fan-forced if using a mini muffin pan.

3Mix together all ingredients, except pizza sauce, in a medium mixing bowl.

4Distribute mixture into a greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup to the top, approximately 1 tablespoon.

5Compact gently.

6Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

7Serve with the pizza sauce, dip and pop them in your mouth!
