  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce, To Serve

    Spray a mini muffin pan or cake pop maker with low fat cooking spray.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) or 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) fan-forced if using a mini muffin pan.

    Mix together all ingredients, except pizza sauce, in a medium mixing bowl.

    Distribute mixture into a greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup to the top, approximately 1 tablespoon.

    Compact gently.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

    Serve with the pizza sauce, dip and pop them in your mouth!
