- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup raisins
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Grease bottom only of a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

4In a small bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar, and butter mixing till crumbly; set aside.

5BATTER---------.

6In a large bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, bran cereal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

7Stir in milk, eggs, and oil; mixing just to moisten.

8Fold in raisins.

9Spoon into prepared pan.

10Sprinkle evenly with topping.

11Bake for 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

12Cool on rack 10 minutes.
