  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
  • 3/4 c. raisins

    Put all the ingredients except half of the raisins in the inner pan in order for your machine.

    Select bread setting.

    Add the remaining raisins when the machine beeps.
