- baked pie shell
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. small tapioca
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Place raisins and water in saucepan.

2Cook for 20 minutes. Measure 2 cups of the juice of the raisins and water; add tapioca and sugar.

3Cook for 8 minutes until it begins to thicken. Gradually add egg yolks to the mixture.

4Continue cooking until thick.

5Stir in butter and lemon juice.

6Pour into baked pie shell.
