- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 small can frozen orange juice
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Wash raisins, cover with water.

2Add cloves and simmer 10 minutes.

3Add orange juice and vinegar.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add brown sugar, cornstarch and butter.

6Cook until slightly thickened.

7Serve as hot sauce with ham.

8Any left over may be frozen.
