  • 2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 pkg. Ranch milk salad dressing mix
  • 4 chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Whisk juice and dressing mix together.

    Marinate chicken in half the juice mixture for 2 to 24 hours.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Combine cornstarch, water and remaining juice mixture in pan.

    Heat to thicken.

    Brush chicken with sauce.
