- 3 to 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) dry Ranch salad dressing mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Wash potatoes and leave skin on.

3With a garnisher, slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.

4Place sliced potatoes, approximately 4 cups into a bowl with a fitted lid.

5Add vegetable oil; stir to coat.

6Add salad dressing mix.

7Cover bowl with lid and shake until potatoes are coated.

8Line potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

9Do not overlap slices.

10Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown.

11Serve warm. Yields approximately 40 potato crisps.
