  • 1 package Tortillas (you'll Need 4-5 Total)
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 package Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (1 Ounce Packet)
  • 1/2 cups Minced Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Minced Celery
  • 1/4 cups Sliced Green Onions
  • 1/4 cups Green Olives

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth.

    Add red pepper, celery, onions and olives; mix well.

    Spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture on each tortilla.

    Roll up the tortilla tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Once its chilled, slice tortillas into half-inch pieces.

    Lay the slices out flat so the colors of the pepper and celery show.

    Its a pretty appetizer, especially for the holidays.
