Rasberry Yogurt Shake

- 1/3 ounce raspberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar /natural sweetner of your choice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
Directions

1Carefully wash the raspberries and place them in the blending bowl. Blend slightly (1 short pulse).

2Add the yogurt, crushed ice, and a little sugar (very little if the raspberries are very ripe). Pulse once more.

3Taste and add a bit more sugar, if necessary. Pour into a glass and serve.
