  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. Quaker oats
  • 1 cube butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. frozen raspberries, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients together in fine crumbs.

    Press 1/2 of the crumb mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish and bake at 325° until brown.

    Cover with 2 cups frozen raspberries.

    Mix cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk and pour over berries.

    Cover with remaining crumb mix.
  6. 6
    Bake until batter pulls away from sides at 325°.
