- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 12 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 12 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 23 cup raspberry jam
- 14 cup water
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

2Stir in flour, salt and soda.

3Add oats and water.

4Firmly pat half of the mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

5Stir lemon juice and jam together, and spread over the oat mixture, keeping 1/4 inch from the edges.

6Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over the top.

7Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.

8Cool, cut and eat.
