- 1 small pkg. sugar-free raspberry gelatin
- 2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 angel food cake
Directions

1Mix gelatin according to package directions.

2Using a bowl large enough to hold cake, stir in berries.

3With gelatin in bottom of bowl, place cake in bowl, small end down (small plate and weight may be needed on top of cake to hold it down).

4Chill until gelatin sets.
