- 5 cups Raspberry, Frozen Or Fresh (I Used Frozen)
- 3/4 cups Sugar (more If You Want A Sweet Jam)
- 2 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Minced
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
Directions

1In a skillet over medium low heat, add all of your ingredients. Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. (To make seedless, or almost seedless, run jam through a sieve a few times by rubbing it with a back of a spoon.)

2Let jam cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
