Raspberry Chipotle Quick Jam

  • 5 cups Raspberry, Frozen Or Fresh (I Used Frozen)
  • 3/4 cups Sugar (more If You Want A Sweet Jam)
  • 2 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Minced
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced

Directions

    In a skillet over medium low heat, add all of your ingredients. Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. (To make seedless, or almost seedless, run jam through a sieve a few times by rubbing it with a back of a spoon.)

    Let jam cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
