- 6 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Epsom salts
Directions

1Mash berries.

2Mix with sugar and bring to boil over moderate heat.

3Boil 5 minutes.

4Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Shut off heat and add Epsom salts.

5Remove from heat; stir about 3 minutes.

6Pour into sterilized jars and seal with melted wax.
