  • 2 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Dissolve jello in water and add applesauce and raspberries. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Refrigerate.

    Combine marshmallows and sour cream.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Whip cream and fold into marshmallow mixture.

    Spread on top of raspberry gelatin mixture.

    Cut into squares to serve.
