Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

- 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 2 1/2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (12 oz.) jar raspberry jam
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Combine cake mix and oatmeal.

2Stir in melted margarine until mixture is crumbly.

3Put about 3 cups of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan and press firmly.

4Combine jam and water and spoon over crumb mixture; spread evenly.

5Cover with remaining crumb mixture; make top even by patting firmly.

6Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

7Cool before cutting into bars.

8Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
