  • 1 pint Fresh Raspberries
  • 2 whole Medium Sized Peaches
  • 1/4 cups White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Instant Tapioca Granules
  • Flour, For Your Work Surfaces
  • 1 whole Egg Yolk
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • Sanding Sugar (for Decoration)
