  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 (25 oz.) jar applesauce
  • 1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • lettuce

Directions

    In large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Stir in rest of ingredients (except lettuce).

    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Refrigerate until congealed.

    Serve on lettuce.
