  • 1 12 cups fresh raspberries
  • 14 cup unbleached cane sugar
  • 12 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions

    Process raspberries and sugar in a blender or processor until smooth.

    Press berries through fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.

    Place berr mixture in saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbling.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
