- 12 teaspoon cornstarch

1Process raspberries and sugar in a blender or processor until smooth.

2Press berries through fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.

3Place berr mixture in saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbling.
