- 1 big can cooked sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed (undrained)
Directions

1Arrange sweet potatoes in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.

2Combine brown sugar and butter in a small bowl, mixing well.

3Spread brown sugar mixture over sweet potatoes.

4Top with raspberries and juice.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes, spooning raspberries and juice over potatoes occasionally.

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
