- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 carrot, shredded
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut up
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 6 oz. cream
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 4 oz. chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- 4 oz. white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped parsley
- 1 tomato, chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in large frying pan and saute onion, garlic, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms and green pepper until tender.

2Add the rest of the ingredients except cream and cheese; let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
