  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. finely chopped apples
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Add dry ingredients to sugar and oil mixture.

    Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325° for 1 hour.
