- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- sea salt to taste
Directions

1Grate celery root into a bowl.

2Pulse pecans and garlic together in the bowl of a food processor until ground.
