  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

    Put peeled peach halves (fresh) open side down in an unbaked pie shell. Mix butter, flour and sugar; add egg. Beat together and pour over peaches. Bake 1 hour at 300°. Serve with whipped or ice cream.
