  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cups Chia Seeds

Directions

    Place cashews and water in a powerful blender (such as Vitamix) and blend on high speed until smooth.

    Blend in honey, vanilla, almond extract and salt.

    Place chia seeds in a large Mason jar (half-gallon size).

    Pour cashew mixture into jar and shake well (very well!).

    Place in the refrigerator overnight.
