Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces vermicelli, uncooked

Directions

    Saute broccoli with onion and garlic salt in butter or margarine in a large skillet until tender, but not brown.

    Add soup, cheese and milk.

    Heat and stir until cheese melts.

    Cook Vermicelli according to package directions: drain.

    Lightly toss Vermicelli with cheese and broccoli sauce.
