- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 4 eggs, separated*
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In heavy saucepan, combine 1 1/3 cups of sugar and cornstarch.

3Add ReaLemon. In small bowl, beat egg yolks.

4Add yolks to the ReaLemon mixture.

5Gradually add water, stirring constantly.
