- 4 crookneck yellow squash
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup flour
- 4 extra large eggs
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
Directions

1Cut up squash and cook in 1/2 cup of water for 10-15 minutes until soft.

2Drain squash and set aside.

3In a large bowl mix together butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, flour, eggs and milk.

4Add squash and mix well.

5Pour mixture into a buttered 9x13 casserole dish.

6Bake in 375 oven for 25 minutes or until slightly golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

7Serve slightly warm with whipped cream and any fruits you wish.
