- 14 Idaho potatoes
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. Cheez Whiz (to taste)
Directions

1Bake the potatoes at 450° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

2Melt the Cheez Whiz and butter.

3Hollow out the potatoes while still hot and mash insides.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Alternate cheese sauce and sour cream.

6Mix thoroughly and stuff into potato skins. Bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes or until delicately brown.
