  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. nuts
  • 1 c. cream, whipped
  • red and green maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water and juice from pineapple (about 2 cups in all). Chill. Mash pimientos (drained) with cream cheese. Add pineapple, celery and nuts. When jello has started to thicken, fold in cream cheese mixture and whipped cream. Pour into a sheet cake pan or mold. Chill until firm. Garnish with cherries.
