- 2 (No. 3) cans beans
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1/2 c. pickles (dill)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook red beans or use canned one (I prefer canned ones for this, as they stay whole better).

2Drain well.

3Add chopped onion, celery, pickle and finely chopped eggs.

4Toss with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

5May add a little Worcestershire and hot sauce, if desired.

6Great with barbecue of any kind.
