Ingredients

  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 can chili beans in chili sauce
  • 1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. crushed corn chips

Directions

    In bowl, combine kidney beans, chili beans, celery, pickles, onions and cheese.

    In another bowl, combine salt, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.

    Toss with bean mixture.

    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with corn chips.

    Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
