  • 1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. or more Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1 can Durkee onion rings

Directions

    Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 of cheese and 1 cup of onions.

    Pour in dish.

    Bake covered at 350° for 1/2 hour.

    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
