  • 1 can 15oz red beans (whole)
  • 1 can 15oz red beans (ground)
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbls Luzianne Cajun Seasoning
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup bacon drippings
  • 1 cup ground ham
