  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 slices cubed white bread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.

    Add bread cubes, sausage and grated cheese to egg mixture.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
