Red Devils Food Cake

   Sift last 4 ingredients together.

   Mix eggs, sugar, milk and coffee well.

   Add to dry ingredients.

   Mix well and vanilla.

   Bake in sheet pan or layer pans.

   You may use sour half and half in place of sour milk (richer).

   Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. This is a Piwetz favorite for 44 years.
