  • red potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream soup (any flavor)
  • 1 c. shedded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • bacon bits

Directions

    Boil the red potatoes until tender.

    Mix together other ingredients. Slice 1 layer of potatoes thinly in buttered casserole. Top mixture, then repeat. Top with bacon bits.

    Bake at 350° until bubbling.
