  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pounds Small Red Potatoes, Washed And Drained
  • 1-1/2 pound Fresh Green Beans, Rinsed With Ends Cut Off, Drained
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Bring a large kettle of water and the 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil. Once it hits a boil carefully drop in the potatoes and boil for 15 minutes. Then drop in the green beans and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain the beans/potatoes.

    Place olive oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute for 30 seconds. Add the potatoes and green beans, stir well to coat with the oil and garlic. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until it is all heated through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
