- 1/2 c. currant jelly
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. Chambord liqueur
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except Chambord liqueur and lemon juice; stir on moderate heat until boiling, then add the liqueur and lemon juice.

2Simmer 10 more minutes gently.

3Serve on ice cream; especially great for peach melba.
