- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. bacon grease
- 1 tsp. Accent
Directions

1Saute celery, onion, and bell pepper in bacon grease for 10 minutes.

2In a separate pan combine water, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil.

3Add rice and other ingredients.

4Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

5Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
