  • 14 cup fine diced bell pepper
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 12 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (14 ounce) canpetite diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup rice
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Directions

    Cook garlic, onions and bell pepper in sauce pan with butter until soft.

    Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low simmer and cover for 20 minutes stirring only once or twice half way through.

    Taste and adjust seasonings.
