Refreshing Mango Panna

- 2 Raw Mangoes
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Directions

1Cut the leaf end of the raw mangoes and boil them in potable water upto 2 whistles of pressure cooker.

2If you do not have pressure cooker, boil till the mangoes are soft.

3Allow it to cool.

4Deskin the mangoes and squeeze the pulp into the boiled water itself.

5Mix it well and then strain it.

6Add sugar, salt, rock salt and cumin powder.

7Just before serving, fill 1/4 of the glass with that pulp and upto 1/2 with chilled water.

8Add ice cubes as per your liking.

9You may top it with mint leaves as per your liking.

10Note: In case you want to store it, add only sugar to the pulp and keep it in the refrigerator.

11Before serving add the rest of the ingredients.
