  • 1 bunch red radishes, grated
  • 1/4 lb. hard cheese, grated
  • about 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 bag frozen green peas, thawed
  • mayonnaise to taste

Directions

    Grate the radishes, salt it and let it stand for 1 hour. Squeeze the liquid out of the radishes.

    Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, peas and mayonnaise to taste.
